Pay and Allowances ( Selected Candidates)

Basic Pay Scales BPS:

• Sub Inspector General Duty: 13
• Religious Teacher: 11
• Havildar General Duty: 8]
• Naik General Duty: 7
• Sepoy General duty, Sepoy Cook, Sepoy Mess Waiter and Sepoy Misalchi: 5

Non Combatants Enrolled (NCsE): 2

Minimum Education Standards / Eligibility.

• Sub Inspector General Duty: FA/FSc or equivalent. Preference will be given to higher education/qualification.
• Religious Teacher: Matric, Fazil/Farigh Darse Nizami from one of the Recognized Religious Institutions.
• Havildar/Naik General Duty: Matric or equivalent.
• Sepoy General Duty, Sepoy Cook, Sepoy Mess Waiter, and Sepoy Misalchi: 8th Class (Passed).
• Non Combatants Enrolled (NCsE) such as Washerman, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Barber, Saddler, and Sanitary Worker, etc.: 8th Class Passed (except Sanitary Workers), 5th Class Passed (Sanitary Workers Only), technical diploma holders.

Physical Standards.

• Height: Minimum 5'-6" (5 feet and 6 inches). (Preference will be given to candidates with maximum height in final selection).
• Chest: 33" inch (including 1 ½ inch expansion).
• Weight: Minimum 121 Lbs (55 kilograms approximately) and maximum as per BMI.
• Initial/final medical examinations

Age Limit.

• Minimum 18 years of age as on May 31, 2024, and maximum 30 years of age (including 5 years age relaxation given by the Government) will be applicable. Preference will be given to younger candidates keeping in view the nature of duty.
• Citizenship: Pakistani (Male).

Ineligibility.

Candidates with the following criteria are ineligible:

• Removal/dismissal/debarred from any Government Department or Pakistan Rangers on grounds of discipline.
• Convicted from any Court of Law.
• Previously declared medically unfit from Pakistan Rangers or any other Government Department.
• Removed/Dismissed/Dispensed with service from Pakistan Rangers or Armed Forces/Civil Armed Forces in case of bogus/forged education certificates.
• Retired/Discharged from Pakistan Rangers or Armed Forces/Civil Armed Forces at own request/Dispensed from service during training.
• Candidates appearing for initial registration without No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Head of the Department of Government/Semi-Government Department serving with.
• Candidates already serving in Armed Forces/Civil Armed Forces and are Overstay Leave (OSL)/Absent Without Leave (AWOL) from the Department/Organization.
• Difference/variation/tempering in date of birth and names mentioned in computerized National Identity Card and education certificates/documents, etc.

Mode of Selection.

• Physical test: Candidates to bring along Joggers/PT shoes for PT test. No written/physical test will be held for Non Combatants Enrolled (NCsE) category.
• Written test: Candidates to bring writing material for written test.
• Psychological tests/Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates will undergo Psychological tests/interviews.
• Final Selection: As per criteria/merit at Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Karachi.
• Final medical examination: Final medical examination will be held at Sindh Rangers Hospital Karachi, and fee will be paid by the candidates.
• Chest X-Ray, Blood CP, Blood ESR, Serum Creatinine, Serum ALT, HBsAg, Anti-HCV, HIV Test, Urine R/E, ECG, Blood Group, HBA1C. Ultrasound (whole abdomen), Psychological evaluation, HB Electrophoresis, and LDH Blood Serum test of finally selected candidates will be taken during the final medical examination.
• Call letters: Final medically fit candidates will be issued with call letters to join training.

Training.

• Finally selected candidates will have to undergo initial training at Training Centre and School Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Super Highway Toll Plaza, Karachi.

RECRUITMENT PROGRAMME - PAKISTAN RANGERS (SINDH)

1. Following vacant posts (Male only) in Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) will be filled on merit basis in the light of SI No 3.15 ESTA Code (Edition 2015), Pakistan Rangers Recruitment Rules 1968 and prescribed instructions on the subject as per the following Province/Region-wise quota:-

• Procedure for Apply. Online registration on Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) website https://www.joinpakrangerssindh.org will remain open from 28 April to 12 May 2024. Interested candidates may register themselves online through the website. Shortlisted candidates will report to their selected locations on given dates at 0600 hours informed through SMS from "SINDHRANGER' along with online registration slip for physical test, verification of documents, initial medical and written test (candidates to bring along PT shoes & writing material). No entry without online registration slip.

Requirement of Documents. 

• Following documents will be provided by the candidates at the time of physical registration:-
• Original Education Sanads/Certificates/Degrees along with 2 x photocopies. In the case of 8th class passed, School Leaving Certificate should be verified by the concerned District Education Officer.
• Original Computerized National Identity Card issued by NADRA along with 2 x photocopies.
• Original Domicile/Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) along with 2 x photocopies.
• 4 x Coloured passport size photographs duly attested.
• In case of a candidate already serving in any Government/Semi Government Department, No Objection Certificate (NOC) duly signed by the Head of the concerned Department will be provided in original at the time of initial registration (no entry without NOC).
